MenoStrong is a weekly program of 15 minute workouts, Monday to Friday, designed to help you feel younger, move easier and with more strength, flexibility, confidence and energy. Made specifically for women going through Menopause and for those are through the other side.

It includes science-backed exercise, health tips and weekly challenges to improve your sleep, eating habits and energy. This is not a weight loss program. You can not exercise weight off, but you will loose weight if you follow the weekly tips and build strength.

  • Weekly Exercise sessions - 15 minutes of science backed exercises to build strength. Some pre-recorded, some live - available for 48 hours.
  • Exercise recovery sessions and flexibility workouts - to add to your program, making it even more effective.
  • Weekly tips and tricks - to target the factors that inhibit strength gain and weight loss - sleep and breath work, energy, Health and Eating Habits.
  • Weekly challenges - to put your better body to the test!
  • Private Facebook community - for Q&A, motivation and celebration.
  • Self-help section - to help you with existing aches and injuries
