  • Getting less flexible is a natural part f aging - unless you take action. Lack of flexibility makes it easier to injure yourself. It also leads to you looking and moving "OLD" 
  • Getting more flexible feels wonderful. Especially if it involves your spine like this does. 
  • Doing this everyday helps with the way you feel and move that day. ANS, this feeling is cumulative, which means - the more frequently you do this the better your overall flexibility will become.

Done daily in the morning you will not only feel energised, but also calm. Now that's a great combination to start your day!

This can be done before or after your shower, in your exercise gear or in  your PJs, and I promise, you won't sweat.

I do promise you'll feel much more flexible and loose through out the day. 

If any of the positions cause pain - especially back pain - STOP. Miss that one out and carry on. Pain is a warning that something is not right for your body.
