MenoStrong is a weekly program of 15 minute workouts, Monday to Friday, designed to help you feel younger, move easier and with more strength, flexibility, confidence and energy. Made specifically for women going through Menopause and for those are through the other side.
It includes science-backed exercise, health tips and weekly challenges to improve your sleep, eating habits and energy. This is not a weight loss program. You can not exercise weight off, but you will loose weight if you follow the weekly tips and build strength.
