MenoStrong - The Right Way to Exercise through Menopause

MenoStrong is a weekly program of 15 minute workouts, Monday to Friday, designed to help you feel younger, move easier and with more strength, flexibility, confidence and energy,  specifically for women going through Menopause and for those are through the other side.

This is not a weight loss program. You can not exercise weight off, but you will loose weight if you follow the weekly tips and build strength.

The exercise sessions are designed for people with little exercise history. Harder and easier options are included. If you are injured contact us to discuss if this program is right for you.
